We welcome feedback, so please tell us about your experiences at Kirkwood Hospice.

 

SUGGESTIONS

If you have a suggestion which may help us develop or improve our service please tell the member of staff with whom you have been dealing or contact Kirkwood Hospice’s Director of Clinical Services, Christine Springthorpe. Alternatively, if you are visiting Kirkwood Hospice you can write your suggestion on a comment card and place it in the box provided in Reception. If you would like feedback on your suggestion please supply your name and address or telephone number.

COMPLIMENTS

It is always great to know when we have got it right. If you would like to tell us about a positive experience at Kirkwood Hospice then please tell Kirkwood Hospice’s Director of Clinical Services, Christine Springthorpe. All complimentary letters are noted and displayed in staff areas before being filed.

COMPLAINTS

If you are dissatisfied or have a problem with any aspect of your care, or if you have a problem which you feel has not been dealt with correctly, please do not hesitate to contact Kirkwood Hospice’s Director of Clinical Services, Christine Springthorpe. Kirkwood Hospice has an agreed method of dealing with complaints or problems and we will ensure that the most appropriate action is taken as soon as possible.

ICAS offers free, confidential and independent advice about how to make a complaint, for example helping you to write letters or acting as an advocate for you at meetings or hearings.
