Hold Your Own Event
If you would like to hold your own event for Kirkwood Hospice our fundraising team is here to help. We are also immensely grateful to the many local companies who choose to adopt Kirkwood as their chosen charity and to our regular supporters who work tirelessly year after year to raise money for patient care at the Hospice.
We can provide advice and assistance to help you raise as much as possible from your event, whilst making sure your fundraising remains fun and legal!
Our team can also help with posters, tickets and other items for your event, should you require it. If you would like any materials for you event, please download and complete the form below and send it to Emily Kennedy at Kirkwood.
If you would like someone to attend your event to receive a cheque or thank your guests for supporting Kirkwood, please call Emily Kennedy in Fundraising on 01484-557911 or by e-mail at emily.kennedy@kirkwoodhospice.co.uk, including full details of when and where the event is being held and contact details for the organiser in order that we can make contact. Please give us as much notice as possible if you would like someone to come to your event.
Please note that we will do everything we can to attend, either a member of the Fundraising Team or a volunteer - although there may be occasions, particularly during busy months, when this may not prove possible.
If you would like someone to come and talk to your social group, please e-mail us with full details to include contact details (e-mail and telephone), the name of the group, date and location of the talk and length of talk required. Please give as much notice as possible (ideally not less than 4 weeks) so that we can plan the talk into our calendar.
