Hospice Governance

Kirkwood Hospice is a Company Limited by Guarantee in England Number 1645888 and a registered charity, number 512987. Registered Office 21 Albany Road, Dalton, Huddersfield HD5 9UY.

The Board of Trustees (Council of Management) is the governing body of the Hospice. There are trustee committees dealing with Governance, Finance & Human Resources, Fundraising Strategy and other specific referrals from the Board.
