End of Life Care Pathway Group

Dr Charlotte Clare, our Medical Director, is representing Kirklees at the End of Life Care Pathway Group (Darzi Report Consultation) for Yorkshire & Humberside.  This group aims to improve end of life care for patients wherever they are being cared for.  For more information about end of life care and this government initiative visit www.endoflifecare.nhs.uk.
