Refund Policy

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If for any reason you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and return the item(s) to us within 7 days. Items must be unworn and received in a resalable condition. Please contact us at info@kirkwoodhospice.co.uk to notify us and return your item(s) to the address below.

Once we have received the item(s) we will issue a complete refund back into your account.



Faulty goods

If you suspect your product is faulty, please return it to us at the below address for inspection. If the product is found to be faulty we will exchange the product or offer a full refund.

Any damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, alteration to the product or negligence will not be covered under our returns policy and we are within our rights to refuse a refund.
