We offer specialist advice which supports other healthcare services.
Our team has experienced, specially trained nurses, a consultant in palliative medicine and a secretary. You can contact the team directly, through your family doctor or any other healthcare professional. The team can visit you whereever you live in the Kirklees area.
We offer
- specialist advice on all aspects of controlling pain and symptoms;
- Emotional support and assessment of your needs;
- Advice about benefits and other social issues;
- Referral to a physiotherapist, occuational therapist or social worker if necessary;
- Support for your family and carers;
- Information about your diagnosis and the treatment that is available.
