The User Forum is a quarterly group meeting. We encourage you and those important to you to tell us what you think about the services we offer at Kirkwood Hospice.
The forum takes place in a relaxed and informal environment where we talk openly and honestly about a range of subjects. As such, anything you say at the User Forum is confidential.
To help you feel comfortable about speaking openly and honestly about the services you, your family or friends have received from Kirkwood, our sessions are run by members of the team who aren’t involved in day-to-day care.
We take feedback very seriously and use it to decide how well our services are working from the point of view of those that use them. Your comments help us to plan for the future and make our current services better.
