Braveheart

The Support & Therapy team at Kirkwood Hospice offer individuals with diagnosed Heart Failure the chance to attend 'Braveheart', a series of six focussed fortnightly sessions of advice, information and support to help you and your carer manage your Heart Failure.

Sessions will include: 

  • Living with Heart Failure and Goal Setting
  • Managing your Heart Failure Medication & Symptoms and how to control them
  • Exercise in Heart Failure
  • Nutrition
  • Living With Fatigue 
  • Future Care Planning

Question time, relaxation and refreshments will also be available during the course.

If you require transport, please inform the Hospice team when booking your place.
