The Early Bird entry fee is just £14 per person (and £9 for walkers aged 16 and under). Dogs are welcome to attend at a cost of £5 per dog.
Included in your entry fee is your t-shirt, medal and breakfast. The fee also helps to cover the expenses involved in the administration of your place and is not refundable or transferable.
If you are picking up your walker pack, we will notify you once it is ready to collect. Alternatively, you can request to have your pack posted to you for an additional cost.
There is no minimum sponsorship requirement; all we ask is you raise as much money as possible. All money raised helps Kirkwood Hospice to care for people with life limiting illnesses across Kirklees.
Please note that all entrants aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult who is a registered walker.
Event registration fees are not transferable and are non-refundable. Please note, if you feel you have been charged incorrectly or if unauthorised use of your payment card is proven in relation to fraudulent activity, please contact us on: 01484 557911 and/or your credit or debit card provider as soon as possible. If you do not tell us on becoming aware of an incorrect or unauthorised transaction we may not be able to help. If Kirkwood Hospice has to cancel an event a full refund will be offered.

The walk is suitable for all abilities and you can walk at your own pace. Due to the large numbers of walkers there will be a staggered start. Choose whether you are a Hare or a Tortoise.

Many people will be thinking of someone special when taking part in our Midnight Memory Walk. On the night there will be an opportunity to stop at the Hospice and handwrite a personal dedication to a loved one on our ‘Memory Wall’. An additional donation for this can be made on the night.
Dogs (which must be kept on a short lead at all times) are more than welcome to take part in the Midnight Memory Walk at a cost of £5 per dog. This £5 includes a medal and a goody bag for your pooch.
We will contact you once your pack is ready. To assist us in getting your pack to you as quickly as possible, please let us know how you would like to collect it.
