The Board of Trustees

Kirkwood Hospice's Board of Trustees (Council of Management) is the governing body of the Hospice. There are trustee committees dealing with Governance, Finance & Human Resources, Fundraising Strategy and other specific referrals from the Board. Responsibility for the day-to-day management, operational delivery of services, implementation of strategic plans and decisions approved by the Board of Trustees is delegated by the Board of Trustees to the Executive Team.
