Education Programme

At Kirkwood Hospice we strongly believe that education is the key in understanding the needs of both people who have a life threatening illness and their carers.  Once we understand these needs, then we are in a better position to learn the skills required, in order to provide high quality support. 

All our courses are based at Kirkwood Hospice (unless stated otherwise), in a purpose built education suite that is independent of the patient areas.  This provides a quiet environment close to local amenities, free parking and on-site catering, all within a private and tranquil setting.
